From your very first class you will advance your breathing techniques, you will learn postures and be guided into a deep relaxation to leave you feeling calm and rested and revived.
You do not need to be flexible to practice Yoga and with regular practice you will develop increased strength and improved flexibility. Classes follow the principle of 'Hatha' Yoga with an emphasis on developing strength in postures by breaking down each pose and building it up stage by stage.
All abilities are welcome and catered for, as each stage can be adapted to suit individual needs. We live such fast paced and hectic lives today and many people are turning to Yoga to find a little space away from the day-to-day stresses.
