"My focus is always the person I am looking after; I like to understand their symptoms and goals so that we can come up with a treatment plan that is realistic and evidence based. I believe that manual therapy is a gateway to fully understanding how the body works and to enabling optimal function. I have specialist knowledge and experience with musculoskeletal conditions of the spine, shoulder, elbow, hips, knee, foot, ankle and wrist/hands. Grandparent-related injuries, sporting ailments, persistent pain, post-op rehabilitation and preventative rehabilitation are all my bread and butter!"
