Pilates is a form of set exercises for your mind and body that can improve your strength, flexibility and overall mobility. As a result, your posture will improve which, in turn, can lead to reduced aches and pains.

Meet Our Instructors
All our instructors are Level 3 accredited CYQ Pilates instructors with Sally having Level 4 Back Pain.
Sam, Sally and Charlie are also fully reformer trained.
We ask that you provide us with 24 hours notice of cancellation for any appointments.
If less than 24 hours notice is given and we are unable to fill your time slot, you will be expected to pay for the appointment.
